It's quiet and safe retreat from the rowdier sides of town while still a 10 min uber or less to many of hot spots. There are tree lined sidewalks, street parking and plenty of charming American Bungalow homes to check out while out for a casual stroll. We're nestled in amongst the old recording studios that made Nashville a music city!

There is plenty of free street parking in addition to your one free parking spot in the parking garage. The streets are tree lined with sidewalks in case you feel like walking. Scooters and bikes are usually near by to rent. Uber/Lyfts are quick to arrive and you're usually no more than 10 minutes from most of Nashville's top spots.
